The shipping date listed is the estimated ship by date unless there was an issue with your order. Contact supportdesk@beerdrop.com if for some reason your order does not have a tracking link and it is passed the date listed for your Drop.

We don't warehouse any product and bring everything in fresh specifically for your order. It does take a few days to get your products from the brewery and packed up.

Beer Drop ships all packages out weekly with Tuesday night cutoff. If you placed your order after 6pm EST, your beer will be shipped by the following Saturday.

You'll receive a shipment email when your order is picked up by the carrier and you can track your order here.

**Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and our response time is within 24 business hours.

We work on a first in, first out system and will respond to customers waiting the longest first. Please avoid submitting repeat requests as this does not speed up our response.
