Beer Drop recommends a daytime address for delivery when possible.

If you are not home during normal delivery times, perhaps you can send the package to a neighbor or relative if that is an option. You can also ask the carrier to hold for pickup if available in your area. This can be done by entering in your tracking information via the shipper's website and selecting pickup in their delivery options.

For example, if your order has shipped with UPS, you will be required to create a free My Choice Membership. This gives you the flexibility to request a hold, redirect to a new address, or request a pickup at a UPS location. Additional fees may apply for a change of address.

Members are responsible for their package being accepted upon delivery. After three attempts, if the member can not be reached, the shipping company will return or discard the package. Beer Drop is not responsible for damaged or missing packages after three delivery attempts have been made.

If the package is returned or cannot be delivered, a $20 handling fee is issued for any refund/reorder requests. To maintain freshness, swaps may have to be made.
