If your package has already shipped but you need your Drop redirected to a new address you can do so via the shipper's website.
Enter the tracking code on the shipper's website and select Delivery Options. If you don't have an account on the site, it may ask you to create one before allowing you to select a new address for your package. Additional fees may apply depending on the carrier.
For example, if your order has shipped with UPS, you will be required to create a free My Choice Membership. This gives you the flexibility to request a hold, redirect to a new address, or request a pickup at a UPS location. Additional fees may apply for a change of address.
If you need to make this address change permanent, make sure you update this on your account.
