What do I do if there is a damaged can or I'm missing beers?

Reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and affected beers.

 

After we have that information, we'll issue a credit and apply this to your membership account. This will not show up anywhere, but it will be applied to your next Drop.

 

Your damage must be reported within 14 days of your delivery. We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit unless we have received written notice from you with appropriate documentation of the damaged product.

 


**Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST and our response time is within 24-72 business hours.

 

We work on a first in, first out system and will respond to customers waiting the longest first. Please avoid submitting repeat requests as this does not speed up our response.
