Beer Drop recommends a daytime address for delivery when possible.
In the event an adult is unavailable during normal delivery hours, Beer Drop recommends routing your package to a pickup location, scheduling a temporary
delivery hold, delivering to a friend, neighbor, or family member, or otherwise working with the carrier to schedule an alternate delivery. Fees may apply for any
changes to delivery.
Members are responsible for their package being accepted by an adult at their chosen delivery location. After three attempts, the shipping company will return or
discard the package. Beer Drop is not responsible for damaged or missing packages after three delivery attempts have been made.
If the package is returned or cannot be delivered, a $20 handling fee is issued for any refund/reorder requests. To maintain freshness, swaps may have to be made.
