You can find this through your account. Make sure you're logged in access your account page.
On the left hand menu, click on the Gift Card button.
Enter your code.
Hit the Check Status and Balance button.
This will show you the balance and if your gift card is active or deactivated. A deactivated gift card is usually the result of a duplicated purchase and a refund for that code.
